FIND A PRIVATE EVENT VENUE THAT SUITS, FAST

It shouldn’t feel hard to book a great venue.

Ready to celebrate? We’ll match you with the right restaurant or bar, handle the back-and-forth, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Planning your event should be (almost) as fun as the celebration.

Too many venues. No way to tell which ones are good.

We visit every one. You only see the best.

"Contact for pricing" on every page you visit.

We share real numbers in real time.

You're planning a party, not running a logistics company.

We handle the details. You handle the guest list.

"Tell us what you want" when you don’t know the options

We’ll help you every step of the way. All at no cost to you.

Here's all you have to do.

01. Tell us what you're celebrating

A birthday, a team dinner, a rehearsal dinner — whatever it is. Share the basics and we'll take it from there

02. We get you tailored options

A real person reviews your details then sends you 2–3 suggestions with pricing, photos, and availability. No guessing, no runaround.

03. Show up and celebrate

We handle the coordination with the venue so you don't have to. Focus on the guest list, not the logistics.

We've done this before.

From 20-person dinners to 150-guest parties, at restaurants and bars across California.

  • Milestone birthday dinner at a private event venue with warm lighting and guests celebrating.

    Milestone Birthdays

The 30th. The 50th. The "I can't believe we got this old!" Every year deserves a celebration.

  • Intimate rehearsal dinner at a private dining room with candles and wine.

    Rehearsal Dinners

The night before the big day. Low-key, personal, no and let’s make it fun!

  • Corporate presentation at a stylish restaurant private room.

    Corporate Events

Presentations, team days, and corporate events that don’t put your team to sleep.

  • Team Celebrations

Skip the hotel ballroom. Your team deserves a venue with better food, better drinks, and a story to tell on Monday.

  • Private Dining

A private room. A great menu. Nothing else to worry about.

  • Showers

Partying at home means clearing up after. Instead, think cocktails, a private patio, and a venue that matches your vibe.

  • Vow Renewals

You already did the big wedding. This time, do it your way — an intimate dinner, a rooftop, a place that feels like you.

Built different. On purpose.

We visit every restaurant and bar before it goes on our site. If we wouldn't host our own event there, it doesn't make the cut.

Every venue is one we'd book ourselves

No price gatekeeping. If we know, you’ll know.

Starting prices, what's included, what's not. We give you the numbers upfront because your time matters more than making you fill out a form to find out if something's in your budget.

A real person listens and gets back to you. Fast.

Not a chatbot. Not a form that disappears into a queue. A person who knows the venues, knows the questions to ask, and will get you options you can compare side by side.

What real pricing looks like

The questions everyone has but most venue sites won't answer.

  • Most private dining rooms in San Francisco and Los Angeles don't charge a room rental fee. Instead, they require a food and beverage minimum — typically $1,500 to $10,000 depending on the venue, day of the week, and group size. Some venues charge a flat buyout fee for full-space events.

  • A food and beverage minimum is the amount your group agrees to spend on food and drinks. It's not a fee you pay on top — it's the total your tab needs to reach. If your minimum is $3,000 and your group spends $3,200, you just pay the tab. Most private event venues use this model instead of a rental fee.

  • Book as early as you can.

For weekday events, you’ll want at least two to three weeks. For weekend events, especially Fridays and Saturdays, a few months in advance will give you the best selection. For holidays or peak season — December, October, Valentine's weekend — book at least six to eight weeks out. That said, last-minute options do exist. Reach out and we'll see what's available.

  • No. Our service is free for you. We work directly with the venues, so there's no markup on pricing and no booking fee on your end. You'll get the same rates you'd get going directly to the restaurant — we just save you the hours of research and back-and-forth.
