Information you provide directly
When you submit an inquiry form, use one of our planning tools, or contact us, you may provide:
- Your name (first and last)
- Email address
- Phone number
- Details about the event you are planning, such as event type, estimated guest count, preferred date or date range, location preferences, and any other details you choose to share
Providing this information is voluntary. You are never obligated to submit a form or share your phone number. Every inquiry is entirely no-obligation on your part.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical information through cookies and similar technologies, including:
- IP address and approximate geographic location
- Browser type and version
- Device type and operating system
- Pages visited, time spent on each page, and referring URL
- Interaction data (clicks, scrolls, form interactions)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide for the following purposes:
- Responding to your inquiry. When you tell us about an event you are planning, we use your information to understand your needs and connect you with a venue that fits.
- Recommending venues. Based on the details you share (event type, guest count, location, date), we identify venues in our network that match your requirements and provide you with a recommendation.
- Providing price quotes. If you already have a specific venue in mind, or after we have recommended a venue, we prepare a formal price quote so you can decide whether to book. This is always no-obligation.
- Communicating with you. We use your email address and phone number to follow up on your inquiry, answer your questions, share venue details, and coordinate the booking process if you choose to move forward.
- Improving our services. We use aggregated, non-identifying data to understand how visitors use our website, improve our content, and refine our venue matching process.
- Complying with legal obligations. We may use your information as necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes.
We will never use your information for any purpose other than what is described in this policy without obtaining your consent first.
3. How We Use Your Phone Number
Your phone number is used for one purpose: to have a conversation with you about your event.
When you submit an inquiry through our website and provide your phone number, a member of our team may call or text you to discuss your event needs. This conversation is initiated by your inquiry. We will discuss venue availability, recommend a venue that fits your event, or provide a formal price quote for a specific venue.
This is always no-obligation. You are never committed to booking, and providing your phone number does not create any obligation on your part.
Specifically, we may use your phone number to:
- Follow up on an inquiry you submitted through our website
- Discuss your event details and answer your questions
- Recommend a venue based on what you have told us
- Provide a formal price quote so you can decide whether to book
- Coordinate logistics if you choose to move forward with a booking
- Send appointment or tour confirmations
We will not:
- Cold-call or cold-text you if you have not submitted an inquiry
- Continue contacting you after you ask us to stop
- Sell, rent, share, or trade your phone number with any third party for their marketing purposes
- Use your phone number for any automated marketing campaigns, promotional blasts, or mass messaging
- Contact you about anything unrelated to the event inquiry you submitted
Every text or phone conversation we have with you is a continuation of the inquiry you initiated. If at any point you want us to stop contacting you, reply STOP to any text message or tell us by phone or email, and we will stop immediately.
