Check your date See the three ways to bookBermuda Club is a private club in South Carlsbad by day and one of North County’s most flexible event venues from 5pm. Four Full Swing simulators that play golf, soccer and football, an indoor putting green, a 30-foot bar, a stage and a speakeasy are all yours, for up to 200 guests.
What I love is that the entertainment comes with the room. Golfers head straight for the simulators, first-timers discover the putting green is harder than it looks, and the karaoke crowd disappears into the speakeasy. Nobody has to be talked into an activity, so the night keeps its own momentum. Steven J. called the Full Swing simulators “best in class,” and the software runs games where four or more people play at once, so a group is never waiting on one golfer.
The speakeasy is the detail people remember. It sits behind the main floor with its own bar, its own simulator, arcade games, karaoke and a poker table, and it works as a hideaway for 15 or as the VIP room for a bigger night.
The freedom is the other big draw. Bring any caterer you like and your own bar, at no extra charge, with a licensed bartender to pour, and take anything unopened home at the end of the night. Parking is free on site, and North County hosts get a large, production-ready venue close to home.
Three ways to book the club

What an event here costs

How a team night can run
Guests arrive at 6 and head for the putting green. Closest-to-the-pin and long-drive contests open on the simulators at 6:30, your caterer serves dinner at 7:15, a welcome or awards happen on stage at 8, and the late crowd takes over the speakeasy for karaoke and poker.
Good to know
Private events start from 5pm, after the club’s working day. There are no hard noise restrictions, so a late night is on the table when the booking supports it.
All the extra details worth knowing before you book
Six practical details that are easier to know now than discover later
- Bring your own caterer. There is no in-house kitchen and no catering fee, so the menu is entirely yours. The club can share a list of caterers who know the space, and food trucks have set up right outside for bigger nights.
- Bring your own drinks. There is no charge for bringing your own bar. Book a licensed bartender to pour, and take anything unopened home with you after the event. Not sure how much to order? For a casual evening, allow 2.5 drinks a person, though you know your crowd better than we do.
- Golf is optional. The simulators switch to football and soccer, double as a gaming and karaoke setup, and are easy for first-timers. The putting green, arcade and poker table give everyone else plenty to do.
- Easy arrival. The club is at 5840 El Camino Real, Suite 106, with a free parking lot on site.
- Clear cancellation terms.Cancel 60 or more days out for a full refund. Between 30 and 60 days, half the rental fee is kept, and inside 30 days the rental fee is kept in full.
Why people choose Bermuda Club
Team nights, client entertainment and product demos from the Carlsbad and Vista business corridor fill much of the calendar, alongside holiday gatherings, fundraisers, brand activations, live music and milestone birthdays.
What they share is a host who wants guests to do something together rather than stand around a room. Here the simulators, the putting green and the speakeasy give everyone a way in.
The club runs its own calendar of nights, which shows how much range the space has. Jo B. listed “poker night, to comedy night, to a tax talk, to private events,” and a touring comedy show has filled the main floor. The club also has a small sauna and cold plunge, which work well as one part of a wellness-led team day.
When to book for the holiday season
Company holiday nights cluster in November and December, so book those early. Weeknights through the rest of the year are easier to place.
The speakeasy books on short notice for small groups. Send the date, the headcount and what you want the night to include, and the team will come back quickly with options.
What hosts say afterwards
"It ended up being a great venue for the comedy show. Really big, nice clean bathrooms, great lighting."
Cheryl G. · a touring comedy night
"We catered a corporate party at Bermuda Club over the holidays and it was amazing. Staff was so helpful and the venue is very nice and welcoming."
Creative Catering · a corporate holiday party
"Moxy Strong, our local health and fitness community for women, has hosted workshops and gatherings in their Speakeasy event space, and every time it’s been an absolute blast."
Gina B. · workshops in the speakeasy
Hosts, caterers and community groups all say the same thing: the team makes it easy, and guests have a great time.
How to plan the night
Give the night a shape. Open the simulators and the putting green as guests arrive, serve dinner while the contests are still going, use the stage for one short moment, and save the speakeasy for last.
