The Sustainability Center

The Alliance Center's signature event hall — exposed brick, natural light, and room for 60–130+ guests. Configures for receptions, town halls, conferences, and full buyouts.

Hourly rates with no surprise fees — tech, setup, and on-site support are always included.

Small meeting rooms for 4–15 people. Boardroom, lounge, and standard configs available.

$190 / hour

Larger session rooms for 15–60 people. Trainings, offsites, and all-hands meetings.

Custom quote

Full event hall and buyouts for 30–150 people. Includes all rooms, patio, and dedicated staff.

Frequently asked questions

How do I book or get a proposal?

Fill out the form with your date(s), headcount, and event type. We'll recommend the best room or combination and send pricing, layout suggestions, and next steps within 24 hours.

What size meetings and events can you host?
  • Small meeting rooms for 1–15 people
  • Mid-size rooms for 15–60 people
  • Full Sustainability Center for 40–130+ guests
  • Plenty of space for breakouts, mingling, and receptions
How far in advance should I book?

Peak weekdays book fastest, but we can often find you a slot within 1–2 weeks. Same-day and next-day daytime bookings are sometimes available. Share your preferred dates and we'll show you what's open.

Where do people park?

On-site pay parking: $8/hour or $20 all-day (we can reserve 2 guaranteed spots for $25 each). Partner lot one block away: $16/day with our discount code. Multiple public garages nearby.

Better option: light rail to Union Station — it's a one block walk to our entrance at 1536 Wynkoop. We also have secure bike parking.

Is the building accessible?

Fully ADA accessible with elevator access to all floors, accessible restrooms, and ground-floor event space entry. Wide doorways and accessible seating available in all rooms.

Can you support hybrid meetings?

Yes. All rooms are set up for video conferencing with large displays, cameras, mics, and strong WiFi. Our on-site team helps test and troubleshoot ahead of time so remote participants can see and hear everything clearly.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Yes. Outside catering is welcome, and we work with several excellent local caterers if you need recommendations. Our on-site café can provide coffee and light service. Beer and wine options are available within building policies.

What is the Alliance for Collective Action (AFCA)?

The AFCA is a non-profit that brings together leaders and innovators to advance Colorado's sustainability community. As the AFCA's headquarters, the Alliance Center is home to 40+ mission-driven nonprofits and businesses. Our historic 1908 LoDo building was the first in Colorado to achieve LEED Platinum v4 certification. When you book here, your event supports that mission.
