The Sustainability Center is the full floor: two projector screens, bar service, room for plenary and breakouts together. Built for conferences, summits, and your biggest night of the year.
The Patio is a real outdoor space in LoDo, rare in this neighborhood. String lights, garden planters, beer and wine service. Right for volunteer thank-yous and warm-weather receptions.

The Alliance Center sits in a 1908 LoDo warehouse that the Alliance for Collective Action purchased in 2004 and rebuilt as one of the most certified sustainable buildings in the state. It earned Colorado's first LEED Platinum certification in any LEED v4 category, runs all-electric, and holds a WELL Health-Safety Rating.
Today it is home to more than 40 nonprofits and mission-driven organizations, and it supports over 160 each year through tenancy and events. When your organization gathers here, it gathers inside a working community built for exactly this kind of work.
