HATCH has been grilling over binchotan in Downtown LA since 2018. The catering program brings the same kitchen — Jidori chicken yakitori, fresh raw bar, slow-cooked spare ribs — to wherever you need it. FIGat7th. The Bloc. Your office. Your conference room.

Everything is designed for groups. Yakitori trays come in 10-skewer sets. Platters serve 5–7. Mix and match across the categories. Order more skewers than you think you need. You will run out.

How to Order

Placing Your Order

Submit your request below with your date, group size, and menu selections. The HATCH team will confirm availability and send a final quote within one business day.

For same-week orders, email events@hatchyalater.com directly.

Lead Time & Pickup

Standard catering orders require 48 hours advance notice. Larger orders or complex builds may need more time — plan for at least 3–5 business days for first-time orders.

Orders are available for pickup at 700 W 7th St, Suite G600 in the FIGat7th complex. Confirm delivery details when you place your order.

Good to Know

Yakitori trays are 10 skewers per tray. Platters serve 5–7 people each. For mixed groups, the team can help build the right combination.

Vegetarian options are marked V. Dietary requirements should be noted when you order. Outside desserts are welcome at no charge for on-site events.
