Before you send it
Is it free?
Yes. Venues pay us a commission when a booking comes through PrivateEvents.co, so our advice is free to you and you pay the same rates as booking with the venue directly.
Can I send what I have so far?
Please do. An occasion and a rough guest count are enough to start, and our team will help you shape the rest.
How soon will I hear back?
Fast, from a real person, by text, email or phone, whichever you pick on the form.
Can I call or text instead?
Yes. Call or text (650) 713-2974 and you'll reach our event planners. Texting is often fastest.
Does sending a request commit me to anything?
It's a request for advice and pricing, and you decide what happens next. Book, ask more questions or take your time.
Where can you help?
New York City, San Francisco and the Bay Area, San Jose, Los Angeles, the SoCal beach cities, San Diego, Orange County, Scottsdale and Tempe, Salt Lake City, Denver, Baltimore, Charleston and Atlanta. Planning somewhere else? Send it anyway and we'll tell you how we can help.
Do you help with daytime events?
Every time of day: breakfast meetings, brunches, luncheons, afternoon showers, daytime offsites and evening parties. Daytime dates often come in at lower minimums for the same space.
