Full buyout (3 hours): weekday before 9pm $1,250, after 9pm $1,750. Weekend before 9pm $1,750, after 9pm $2,250. Extensions $500 per hour. All before tax and 20% gratuity. A 20% non-refundable deposit holds your date.
Earlier time slots (before 9pm) start lower. Late-night bookings (after 9pm) carry a premium because you're getting exclusive use of the bar during its busiest hours. Weekday rates are also lower than weekends across all time slots.
