Once you approve, we lock in the space on the date you need, send the agreement and payment link, and schedule setup. On the day, our on-site team handles the layout and tech.

Fully ADA accessible with elevator access to all floors, accessible restrooms, and ground-floor event space entry. Wide doorways and accessible seating available in all rooms.
On-site pay parking: $8/hour or $20 all-day (we can reserve 2 guaranteed spots for $25 each). Partner lot one block away: $16/day with our discount code. Multiple public garages nearby.
Better option: Light rail to Union Station, one block walk to our entrance at 1536 Wynkoop. We also have secure bike parking and encourage cycling.

Our historic 1908 building in LoDo underwent a major renovation in 2014, becoming the first building in Colorado to achieve LEED Platinum v4 certification. Today, we're recognized for award-winning health and safety measures (WELL Health-Safety Rated), all-electric operations, and energy-efficient design that doesn't compromise on comfort.

Yes. All rooms are set up for video conferencing with large displays, cameras, mics, and strong WiFi. Our on-site team helps test and troubleshoot ahead of time so your remote participants can see and hear everything clearly.
Yes. Outside catering is welcome, and we work with several excellent local caterers if you need recommendations. Our on-site café can provide coffee and light service. Beer and wine options are available within building policies.
